​CLINIC VISIT

$​200 - New patient visit, annual exam, well visit exam, work physical, in-depth visit, sports physical, weight loss visit initial, multiple issues, lab reviews, + any additional labs, referrals for mammogram, colonoscopy, dermatology, other referrals and requests.  If you have not been seen within 2 years you are considered a NEW patient.

$150 - Established patient, rapid testing and/or sick & urgent visit + any additional labs or services.

​

$75-150. All follow-up visits are dependent on the length and severity of the visit.

​​​TELEMEDICINE & TELEWELLNESS VISIT: 

$200 includes a telemedicine visit, consults, lab/chart reviews, any referrals necessary, lab orders, and medications the same day.  Medications, Vitamins, Hormones, and prescriptions not included in your visit;t however, they are ordered for you and called in to your pharmacy of choice.  You will pay for your own medications at your pharmacy.​

We can submit your insurance card to LabCorp OR any other lab.  We can also send you to any lab you desire for a blood draw/labs.   We do charge for a blood draw (venipuncture) and a specimen handling fee.
